Shipping

Every order is fulfilled within two business days of purchase. From the time your order is placed, total delivery takes six to ten business days.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By purchasing from Reserve Kava, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement in your state.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Reserve Kava is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or weather events. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us within seven days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
